Seth Charles has been in the digital messaging space for over 15 years now, and is currently the Senior Director of Delivery Operations for Iterable, an enterprise cross-channel marketing platform. He has spent time working with and advising email deliverability technology companies, helping lead global deliverability teams with email service providers, and developing innovative compliance models to help detect and prevent email and SMS spam at Iterable. Seth brings similar passion in his long and collaborative history with several international anti-abuse organizations.
