Since starting at PostNL in 2015, Koen has always been focused on email security. As a logistics company that reliably delivers parcels and mail, reliably delivering email is important to PostNL as well. After his time as part of the IAM team, Koen focused on security and started working on implementing SPF, DKIM and DMARC across the entirety of PostNL’s distributed cloud landscape, to ensure that only authorized senders can send email on behalf of PostNL. Email security remains a point of focus, so Koen and PostNL implemented BIMI as one of the first organizations in the Netherlands.
