Bianca studied law in cologne and became part of the eco Complaints Office team in February 2024. The eco Complaints Office receives reports regarding illegal internet content and takes action to remove such content through notice and takedown measures while working closely with law enforcement agencies. Bianca also deals with CSA complaints and legal issues relating to email marketing.
