Jessica has been working in IT for 15 years, having started out as an apprentice fixing PCs and laptops at Bedford college, and working her way up and through various technical support roles. Throughout her career she has worked in a number of different sectors and environments, building her knowledge on how different companies work. Jessica started at SparkPost in August 2018 and, since then, each day has taught her more and more about deliverability, how different companies send their email, and what it means to be in the email sending industry.
